Can you offer pricing below your minimum booking rates?
In some cases, yes! Depending on your event, we may be able to offer a simplified package by adjusting service hours, limiting the drink menu, or offering hot-only or iced-only beverages. While lower pricing isn’t guaranteed, we’re always happy to explore what’s possible.

Our mobile espresso bar starts at $650 for up to 50 guests and two hours of service. It includes:
Unlimited handcrafted espresso drinks
Whole milk and oat milk

What's included in your $350 self-serve coffee station?

We also handle delivery, professional setup, and scheduled equipment pickup. Exact inclusions depend on your selected package.

Our coffee and beverage delivery options start at approximately $50, making them an affordable choice for office meetings, team gatherings, and smaller events. Beverage selections, quantities, and delivery fees may affect your final price.
Do you charge based on total attendance or the number of coffee drinkers?
We base our guest count on the estimated number of people who will enjoy our beverages, rather than your total event attendance. For example, if you’re hosting 100 guests but only 60 are expected to participate in the coffee bar, we can build your quote around those 60 guests.
Can I customize the menu to reduce the cost?
Yes! We can explore a simplified menu, fewer specialty flavors, or an iced-only or hot-only beverage selection. These adjustments may help reduce costs depending on your event requirements.
